Alisha Tronetti is currently a PhD candidate studying Organizational Psychology in the SDOS program in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021. Her current research interests include team dynamics, leadership, and networks. She hopes to continue expanding her knowledge and experience in computational modeling and simulation building. In the future, she hopes to pursue an academic career in I/O psychology and/or management.
